Perspective.

...I mean perspective while composing a photo. Newb learning for today and to keep in mind: put an object in your composition to create perspective. As a newer photographer, I have fallen into the mindset where "the thing I'm focusing on" will make the photo. But, if I have layers of objects and focus on "a knee" in that shot, that can create greater perspective.


Example: if one were taking a landscape from a helicopter, throw a knee in there and focus on that knee. That will give greater perspective of the macro.


With that said, I tried to play with the concept of layers (to start.) I added objects (plants) and focused on my dog to add some sort of dynamic aspect.


Next to try: put the camera focus on the "not main object" to create perspective.
